Saints from the Shri Panchayati Akhara Bada Udasin took out a grand procession to mark their entry into the Kumbh area. The procession featured a massive 100-foot-long tricolour, symbolizing patriotism and unity, as the saints made their way toward the sacred site. The Maha Kumbh Mela is renowned for the vibrant sight of pilgrims, sadhus, and devotees from around the world coming together to take a holy dip in the Sangam—the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers. The Akharas of different sects come together to participate and are an integral part of the occasion. The grand procession, taking place under tight security in Prayagraj, also featured acrobatic acts, including sword and stick fights performed by the sadhus.
